Quick Summary
- Digital Artwork Only: You are purchasing a digital high-res file. No physical items will be shipped.
- Payments: USD via PayPal. 50% upfront for custom art (100% upfront for YCHs).
- Process & Time: Turnaround is 1-2 weeks. You get 5 free design tweaks during the sketch phase. Visual references are required (text-only descriptions carry a design fee).
- What I Draw: Any species (Furry, Scalie, Mecha, etc.), SFW & NSFW, gore, and explicit kinks (feel free to ask!).
- What I WON'T Draw: Minors or "cub" characters, in any context (SFW or NSFW), and scat.
- Digital Product Only: You are purchasing a digital file. No physical item will be shipped to your address.
- Currency & Method: All payments are processed via PayPal in USD. I will send you an invoice.
- Payment Structure:
- Custom Commissions: 50% upfront to secure your slot and start the sketch/lineart. The remaining 50% must be paid before I send the final high-resolution render.
- YCH (Your Character Here): 100% upfront payment is required before starting.
- Time Limit: Invoices must be paid within 48 hours. If not paid, your slot will be canceled.
- Refunds & Cancellations: Once work has started, no refunds are allowed from the client's side. However, I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission completely if I am unable to finish it due to personal emergencies, or if the client displays rude/inappropriate behavior. Initiating a forced chargeback will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions.
- Timeframe: Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the piece, usually taking between 1 to 2 weeks after the sketch is approved.
- Rush Orders: Need it fast? A rush fee (+50% to +100% of the total price) will apply if you need the artwork completed within a strict, short deadline.
- Updates (WIPs): I will provide Work-In-Progress (WIP) updates during the Sketch, Lineart, and Base Color phases.
- Client Communication: If I send a WIP for your approval and you do not respond within 14 days, your commission will be put on hold and moved to the back of the queue.
- Revisions: You are allowed up to 5 design changes/corrections during the sketch phase for free. Any major changes requested after the lineart is approved will incur an extra fee.
- References: Please provide clear visual references. If you only provide a text description, a "Custom Design Fee" (starting at $15+) may be added for the extra work required to design the character from scratch.
- Artist Rights: As the artist (ToxxiTaffy), I retain full copyright of the artwork. I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on my social media, portfolio, and Patreon.
- Client Rights: You are purchasing the artwork for personal, non-commercial use only. You can use it as a profile picture, print it for yourself, or post it on your social media (with proper credit to ToxxiTaffy).
- Strictly Prohibited: The artwork may NOT be resold or redistributed as a file, used for commercial merchandise, minted as an NFT, or fed into any Artificial Intelligence (AI) generator database.
- By requesting any NSFW, suggestive, or explicit commission, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). I reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse or cancel any commission if this cannot be verified.
I WILL Draw
- Any species (Furry, Scalie, Avian, Mecha-hybrids, etc.).
- SFW & NSFW content (18+ clients only for NSFW).
- Gore / Blood (Toxxi loves drawing this!).
- Suggestive, tease, and explicit kinks (feel free to ask!).
I WILL NOT Draw
- Minors or "cub" characters, in any context — SFW or NSFW. No exceptions, please don't ask.
- Scat / Scatological content.
- Political, religious, or hate speech content of any kind (neither SFW nor NSFW).
- I reserve the right to decline any commission if it makes me uncomfortable.
