I don't care about your personal life, I just want to draw your characters.
- What I collect: I only ask for the absolute essentials — your email, your social media handle, and your character references.
- How I use it: Your email is strictly for sending PayPal invoices and official commission updates. Your social media is just a backup way to DM you if I need to ask something about the piece.
- Zero Spam, Zero Selling: I am an artist, not a data broker. Your information is securely processed, and I will never sell, share, or use your data to send you annoying spam.
- Character References: The links and images you provide are used exclusively as visual references for your commission and nothing else.

2. What Information I Collect
- When you submit a commission request via toxxitaffy.art, I only collect the absolute minimum information required to complete your order:
- Contact Information: Your email address and/or social media handle (X, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
- Transaction Information: Your PayPal email address (for invoicing purposes).
- Commission Details: Character references, descriptions, and images you provide for the artwork.

- I do NOT collect or process sensitive personal data (such as political opinions, religious beliefs, or health information).
3. How I Use Your Information
- I use your data strictly for primary service purposes, which include:
- Sending you a PayPal invoice to process the payment securely.
- Communicating with you regarding the progress of your commission (sketches, updates, final delivery).
- Delivering the final high-resolution artwork to your inbox.
- Zero Spam Guarantee: I do not use your email to send unsolicited marketing newsletters or promotional spam.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
- I never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with the following essential service providers to make your commission possible:
- PayPal: To process your payments securely. (I do not see or store your credit card information; PayPal handles all financial data).
- Netlify: To securely process and route the commission forms submitted on my website.
5. Your Rights Over Your Data
- You retain full control over your personal information. At any time, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data I hold about you.
- Rectify: Ask me to correct any inaccurate contact information.
- Cancel/Delete: Request the deletion of your email and contact information from my records once your commission is fully completed.
